Privacy Policy

This notice explains what we collect when you sign up for DnB Allstars 360, why we collect it, and your rights over it. It covers the signup form on this site only.

Who we are

DnB Allstars 360 is operated by DNBA Entertainment Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), registered at 5-9 Headstone Road, Harrow, England, HA1 1PD (Company No. 11593420), the data controller for the information you provide here. You can reach us at privacy@dnballstars.com.

What we collect

When you sign up, you give us your first name, last name, email address and phone number.

Automatically, we also record technical and marketing-attribution data: your IP address, browser type (user agent), browser language, screen resolution, timezone, the page that referred you, the page you signed up on, and any advertising click identifiers present in the link you arrived from (for example Facebook, Google, TikTok or Snapchat click IDs).

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your name, email and phone number to send you updates about DnB Allstars 360, including line-up, presale and ticket-release news, by WhatsApp, email and SMS. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, and in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

We use the technical and attribution data to understand how people find us and to measure our marketing, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and improving our campaigns.

Who we share it with

We use Klaviyo to store your details and send our email and SMS messages, and WhatsApp (Meta) to send WhatsApp messages. They act as our processors and may process data outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards. See the Klaviyo and WhatsApp privacy policies for details. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are subscribed, and for 24 months after you unsubscribe or become inactive, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a message, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or emailing us. You also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@dnballstars.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
